TROUBLE SHOOTING REMOTE LEARNING

HOW TO JOIN A GOOGLE MEET

When apps are not working first of all check that the student is connected to the school network. It may look like the iPad has wifi, but students need to be connected to the school wifi for apps to work.

  • OPEN SAFARI, TYPE IN GOOGLE AND CHECK THAT STUDENT IS LOGGED IN (RIGHT UPPER CORNER)

  • IF THERE IS A SIGN IN BOX,  STUDENT NEEDS TO "SIGN IN" USING THEIR SCHOOL EMAIL AND PASSWORD.

  • IF APPS STILL DO NOT WORK, GO TO SETTINGS, GENERAL AND TOGGLE THE WIFI ON AND OFF.

  • IF IPAD IS STILL NOT WORKING, TRY POWERING DOWN THE IPAD AND RESTARTING
