Hi! My name is Ms. Jacobs! This is my first year at Prairie Trail as a Special Education Teacher.  I live in Mundelein with my 3-year-old son and my 6-year-old daughter.  I went to Bradley University where I received my bachelors in Elementary Education, and then went to Northeastern Illinois University and received my masters in Special Education.  I was lucky enough to spend some time at home with my children before returning to work and I am looking forward to having a great school year!
